Sometimes when raccoons get into attics, it's not always as easy as 1, 2, 3 to remove them, especially if the attic is slanted the way it was in this home. Because of the angle of the roof/attic, it was not possible to get behind the walls by entering the attic entrance, so we had to cut a hole in the ceiling/wall to access the raccoon babies.

The raccoons weren't stuck in the attic which is something we regularly find, but they definitely weren't easily accessible to us. So in this case we cut a square piece of the drywall out and used it to gain access to the babies. From there we patched up the drywall so we can make sure the mother raccoon doesn't come through to find her kits (baby raccoons), and we bring and place the babies in our wildlife warming box until the mother retrieves them.
